If the Buyer is not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased, he/she may cancel the order and in this case must advise CosyTots in writing (letter or email) within 14 days of receipt.
If the Contract is correctly cancelled, the Buyer will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid (including the original delivery charge) in relation to the Contract, even if the goods are not defective in any way.
The Buyer should return the goods in the original unused and smoke-free condition, as soon as practicable, having taken all reasonable care of the goods whilst in his/her possession. The goods must NOT have been washed.
The Buyer will be expected to cover the cost of returning the goods unless they are found to be faulted.
